Five service lines, one point of accountability.
From the first training session to the last spare part on the shelf, we cover the full working life of your drives and starters.
Training courses
The service we lead with. Most failures we’re called out for started as a knowledge gap, not a hardware fault — so we teach the people who operate and maintain your drives and starters to catch problems before they become downtime.
Programs run on-site or at your facility of choice, in classroom and hands-on formats, and are built around the equipment actually installed on your floor rather than a generic curriculum:
- Drive and starter fundamentals for operations staff
- Preventive-maintenance procedures for plant electricians
- Advanced fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for maintenance leads
- Safe commissioning and start-up practices
Technical service
Commissioning, preventive maintenance, and on-site technical support for drives and starters that can’t afford unplanned stops.
We work equipment already in service as well as new installations, and document every visit so the next engineer — ours or yours — isn’t starting from zero:
- Commissioning and start-up support
- Scheduled preventive-maintenance visits
- On-site troubleshooting and fault response
- Performance and reliability assessments
Repairs
Component-level diagnostics and repair for drive and starter electronics — often at a fraction of replacement cost, and faster than a full lead-time order.
Faulty units are assessed on the bench, repaired to the original specification where possible, and tested under load before they go back into service:
- Board and power-module diagnostics
- Component-level repair and rebuild
- Load-tested return-to-service verification
- Failure-cause reporting, so the same fault doesn’t repeat
Supply
Sourcing and supply of drives, starters, and related power-electronics equipment, specified for the application rather than sold off a catalog.
Because we’re not tied to a single manufacturer, equipment is specified on fit — duty cycle, environment, and compatibility with what’s already on site:
- Variable-frequency drives, low and medium voltage
- Soft starters and motor-control equipment
- Replacement and upgrade specification
- Cross-reference sourcing for discontinued units
Spare-parts auditing
An inventory assessment that tells you what to stock, what to retire, and what’s quietly becoming obsolete before it becomes an emergency.
We review your current holding against criticality and failure history, then hand over a right-sized stocking plan:
- Criticality analysis by equipment and process impact
- Obsolescence and end-of-life risk review
- Right-sizing recommendations to cut carrying cost
- Cross-reference mapping for superseded parts
